Figure 8 Cable (GYXTC8S)
Description
The fibers, 250um, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tube is filled with a water-resistant filling compound. The tube is wrapped with a layer of steel Corrugated Armor. Between the armor and the loose tube water-blocking material is applied to keep the cable compact and watertight. This part of cable accompanied with the stranded wires as the supporting part are completed with a polyethylene(PE) sheath to be figure 8 structure.
Figure 8 cable GYXTC8Y, GYXTC8A are also available on request. This type of cable is specifically applied for self-supporting aerial installation.
